Was playing Vigil and got locked out of all actions except sprint and melee. I think this happen from me trying to do multiple actions at once while in stealth, but I'm not 100% sure. Here is a clip of it happening (Audio wasn't recorded sadly)

Thanks for the video, and no worries about the sound. Do you know if this is able to be repeated again? And can you remember what actions you were pressing at once whilst in stealth?

I just merged your thread with another I just saw of the same issue. Thanks for the information you have both provided. I'll add this to a report to the game team along with the video @RyanFox5 sent. You mentioned seeing controller icons when this occurs - do you happen to have any screenshots of that?
