I have tried redownloading, I do not know what this means and do not know a fix.

Hey there @harvestsnow , thanks very much for getting in touch about this. I understand you are getting this error when trying to launch Extraction, which sounds most frustrating, especially on an exciting launch day. Sorry about that! I'll be happy to help you get it sorted.

As far as I can see, this is not an issue that has otherwise been reported, so I'd like to invite you to start by checking our troubleshooting guide. In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game. 

If that still doesn't work, and you happen to be running on a laptop, please also see this support article, which describes how to make sure the game is correctly using your dedicated graphics card.

If the error persists after those two sets of steps, please let me know. In that case, please see this support article describing a couple of system files that can help us diagnose the issue, and let me know once you've got them prepared - I'll create a support ticket you can use to send them across to us.

Let me know if I can clarify any of these steps.

Thanks for getting back to us, @HarvestSnow. I was able to take a look at your diagnostic files and noticed that your GPU is below the minimum requirements to run the game. You're currently operating your system from an integrated graphics card, do you have a dedicated one you can use instead?

Thanks for sharing that information, @psychomantis14. After checking over your files, I noticed that your GPU drivers appear to be out of date. Try following the steps in this guide, then clean installing your drivers, and let me know if you're still experiencing the issue after that.
