Not letting me upload pictures due to ''file being too big''

ISP Videotron: 400mb d/l - 50 mb Upload
I can play any game fine such as Cyberpunk, Red Dead Redemption 2, Horizon of Dawn but can't play this game, setting are set by Geforce Experience recommended (Optimal), playing at 150 fps avg
Thing is, since few days, my game keep freezing randomly, yesterday it was purely unplayable, I could barely aim if if I happen to aim, bullet were not shooting and I was killed before the lag spike end.
Task manager show my cpu using 80% to 95% of my CPU utilization, sometime even 100% which cause my 2nd screen to flash and shut down, wallpaper engine crashed and even Windows froze due to RB6 Extraction using all the CPU for himself.
We're in 2022 and you guys still can't make game playable..? Ryzen is one of the most sold CPU and yet still can't make your engine compatible... My friend is on a Threadreapper and he crash after the loading screen while playing online... Ubisoft hate that much AMD ... ?
I got this game thru gamepass, my friends tried to convaince me to buy it, so far we both can't play your game, so the question is, are you going to fix your game or I should move out to a new game to play... ?
