Crash on start up.
After battle eye launching, game is keep crashing. If I disable my igpu, game is stutter insanly almost unplayable and after warning message and crash again.
And I already done everything from your PC guide including re-installed&update driver for igpu and egpu both but nothing changed so don't mention it.
Most of people who using gaming laptop have this crash issue.
Is there a any way to launch game instead of Vulcan with DX11 or 12 like a rainbow six siege? I'm pretty sure this issue is related about Vulcan.

I'm sorry to hear your game is stuttering or crashing on startup. Please can you just confirm the steps you are taking to disable the integrated GPU?

Please note, we can only say laptop cards may be possible to use on the system requirements, though, we can't guarantee them to.

@hteiknokeelf Please post your PC specs so I can better assist with the crashing issue. Tell us the following: Operating System, processor, memory (RAM), and display card (graphics card) name.

Example: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 16299). Intel Core i5-8350U CPU @1.70 GHx (8 CPUs). 8192MB RAM. NVidea GeForce GTX 970.

If you are using an AMD Radeon igpu, please see this article for a workaround to the crash. Let me know if you see any changes.
