I click play, the loading splash art pops up, and then sometimes battle eye will pop up, sometimes it won't, and then i get a message saying the game has crashed.

@adorablood We've received similar reports from players, and a clean install of graphic drivers has resolved this for some. Guides for AMD and Nvidia drivers are here.

@stahpIE @hteiKnOkeelF Would you both please post your PC specs so I can better assist? If you are not sure of your specifications, you can run a DxDiag report. After you have ran the DxDiag report, please tell us the following: Operating System, processor, memory (RAM), and display card (graphics card) name.
