I keep getting Error Message "DELTA - 00001003"

I'm sorry to hear you have been getting a connection error message and been unable to play. 

If it is still happening, please can you go through the connectivity troubleshooting found here.

@levilucione Hello there!

Thank you for posting here.

For Rainbow 6 Extraction, if a player is banned in any way by Ubisoft, this is done at an account level and the account would not be able to play online. If you're currently experiencing issues with VoIP, could you please try the following troubleshooting here?
