There is no confirmed date for when the Buddy Pass will be available, you can check for the latest news on the game here though.

@vartos001 Yes. All owners of the game will have 2 Buddy Pass tokens. The Buddy Pass system has not been officially launched just yet. Keep an eye out in the News and Announcements for upcoming release notes.
