[2022] I get 5mins ban for game crash

I understand the confusion around this. Players who disconnect during a mission in Rainbow Six Extraction will be penalized but not lose progress. Players who voluntarily abandon a mission in progress will lose progress, xp, and receive a penalty.

Hey there @daddydivinee , thanks very much for reaching out about this. My apologies for the confusion. When an agent is rendered MIA, they will lose experience, but you'll be able to recover that lost experience by successfully recovering the agent. If you fail to recover the agent, they'll lose 30% of the experience, and whatever XP they'd gained on the original incursion where they'd gone MIA.

You shouldn't lose REACT XP outright for getting disconnected, or if an agent goes MIA for any reason. Please let me know if that seems to be happening, as we'd like to investigate that in that case.

I understand your frustration about getting this penalty, and I'd like to help you to figure out why the game crashed, so we can prevent it happening again. Can you tell me more about this crash, such as if the game crashed out to desktop, and what action was bound to your 'N' key, and if any error messages were shown?
