@CatboxTH Welcome to the forums. Players are not able to change datacenters in Rainbow Six Extraction. Would you clarify your location?

@sweg24 Please remember post in threads of a relevant topic or create your own in order to avoid confusion and allow us to effectively help everyone on the forums. That said, I'd be happy to help you. What platform are you playing the game on?

Hey @felixarvir

Can you just let us know if this has always been the case for you with this game, or has it just started happening?

@catboxth No worries! To confirm, do you use any VPN software on your PC, and do you have it enabled when playing Rainbow Six Extraction?

@catboxth Understood! Could you please try a clean reinstall of the game? Also, please try temporarily uninstalling your VPN to see if that makes any difference.

Hey there @catboxth , thanks for coming back to us about that. I'm sorry to hear that uninstalling your VPN hasn't solved the issue.

Please see this support article. It describes how to manually set the data centre for Rainbow Six Siege, but the process is the same for Extraction. The only difference is that the folder name in My Games will say Extraction instead of Siege.

Please try making the suggested change to the settings file as described in the above support article, and let me know if that solves the issue, or if you'd like any clarification on how to make the recommended change.

@catboxth Sorry to hear you're unable to set your datacenter. Can you please let us know which one you're trying to manually set it to?

@catboxth Thank you for your reply. At this time it is not possible to change your Data Center.

We will pass on your feedback though.

Thank you.
