I got 120 RCs for acquiring 20,000 XP in game then spent 9 RCs on REACT Tech Bundle but the item(s) don't appear. I now have 111 RCs (120 minus 9 is 111). I have restarted the game, restarted my PS4, and I got online support from Playstation Support; after first trying to navigate Ubisofts endless websites (yes I put that as plural on purpose because it's not one website). I talked to somebody named "Andrea M" I think at PS Support online text chat. She had me relicense, then deactivate, reactivate, sign out, and sign back in to my account. Then she said she exhausted the troubleshooting options and recommended that I contact Ubisoft (the publisher of the game). Ubisoft website is hard to navigate. Signing into ubisoft.com doesn't work. Then accounts.ubisoft.com only shows limited info. Signed out of that. Signed into some other Ubisoft.com website and looked at Support but there is no Rainbow Six Extraction Support option; only Rainbow Six Siege Support option. I managed to make my way to discussions.ubisoft.com ........ So I'm posting my issue here. Wow. Just wow.

As there can be delays at times.
