I got my code but when I log in to Uplay it says connection lost. I've added an exception to firewall but when that didn't work I disabled the firewall. I haven't even gotten far enough to download and install the game yet. No matter what I do it won't connect, is there maybe a registry setting that wasn't set properly? And if so what should be the value, I can change it myself.

Thanks

It seems you may be having some connection issues to the Uplay servers. Please try the steps below to see if your connectivity issues resolve.

1. Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) and Virtual Private Networking (VPN) applications can also be conflicting with the game, and you will want to disable these applications to try to resolve the issue.

2. Port Forwarding
If it is not possible to shut-down your firewall you will need to configure your router and/or firewall to forward the following network ports:

Uplay
TCP: 80, 443, 13000, 13005, 13200, 14000, 14001, 14008

R6: Siege
UDP: 10000-10099, 3074, 3658
TCP: 80, 443

(Directions for configuring network ports are specific to the software and hardware being used, and can be found by visiting the manufacturer's website. Websites such as http://www.portforward.com offer tutorials on how to open ports on your router.)

If these steps do not assist with the issues you are experiencing, please contact our Ubisoft Support for further assistance. Thank you! http://support.ubi.com

Hey Xarcheon! There is a current ongoing Uplay PC issue. After investigation of the launcher logs provided, we believe we have found out the potential cause of the problem and would like to advise following the steps below in order to have this rectified:

1. Reset your Networking settings
a) Click on the Windows symbol on the bottom left of the screen.
b) Click on the Gear to access the Settings.
c) Click on "Network & Internet".
d) Click on "Network Reset".

2. Reset Winsock
1) Open CMD as admin.
2) Type netsh int ip reset ipreset.txt and press Enter.
3) Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
4) Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
5) Restart your computer.

Let me know if this helps you!
