Ever since I got the game on pc currency packs and digital content are locked but its not on my ps4 i tried going to the ubisoft store placing my order I ordered a pack of 1200 r6 credits and a pack of 4920 R6 Credits but it didnt work and it said the payment didn't work and no money was taken from the account and that I had to do it again however money was taken out and I had still not received my stuff and I did this 2 times and a total of 74 pounds were taken please find a solution also currency packs and digital content is locked I got the game on epic games and im using the lenovo legion y540 and im in the uk ive searched high and low to fix this problem and none have worked

We can certainly look into what's causing this by taking a look over your Ubisoft account. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you. Thanks for your response there and happy birthday, hope you had a good one (although probably a little too late with this one)!

Whatever concerns the purchases that you've made and didn't receive your content - I have reviewed your ticket and have forwarded it to one of our teams. In the meantime, we would need you to provide us with a record of purchase (email order confirmation for example) for the transactions in question.

In regards to digital content and currency pack tab in the in-game store being locked - this is a known issue and our game team is actively investigating this. We do not have any further update at the moment however as soon as we do, details will be posted here, in our official forums, therefore keep an eye!

The following information would help us the most -

- Date of transaction
- Amount + currency
- Product purchase
- Billing address

That would need to be in a DM though, rather than on the forums here for your privacy
