So i bought a descent amount of your content in general. But with last patch i got 2 x 48 hours ban just after activating boosters. So i think its unfair that my money is just wasted this way! I know that penalties is getting harder the more you disconnect. Ubisoft wont restore my money or my booster, only thing they indirect say is: Go buy another we cant help you restore booster or money.

So i have a suggestion for you Ubisoft: When you reset everything on new season, ranks etc. maybe reset saved up ban penalties for disconnects!? So the first disconnect after a patch is 2 hours instead of maximum penalty 48 hours.

And another suggestion could be: activating booster makes reset saved up penalties so you start from 2 hours again.

@Pharohe Hey Martin thanks for reaching back out. We do have an official server status website you can check for any reported outages in the service. If the server status shows all green (meaning there are no known issues with getting connected) you can also try out completing the guide for Rainbow Six Siege to have the best possible connection to the service. We are also here to help out with any lingering issues.

If we can see that disconnections were happening due to confirmed server degradation, we may be able to replace the boosters for you. Please reach out through a support ticket or live chat so we can look into your account and check when they were activated and if there was degradation at that time.

My colleague mentioned that we could credit these boosters only if they were activated and that a degradation was recorded.

In your case, because we don't know what caused the disconnection, we won't be able to help you further.

Hello @Pharohe I apologize that you were unable to make use of your booster after receiving 2x 48 hour bans from the game. We have investigated this issue by checking your account and the server details for at the time of your ban I am afraid we are unable to help you restore this boosters at this time after all details were checked. I apologize that you are disappointment by this result but we will be unable to keep discussing this issue further.
