Whenever I try to buy R6 credits, it keeps saying "Error. Access Store". I've had this for a while, and I want to buy operators, but I can't because of this. My brother also has the exact same problem. How do I fix it?

Guys, if you have already completed an uninstall and reinstall of Uplay PC and Siege, can you please run both as admin?

Hopefully this will resolve the issue.

Hey guys,

If you have tried all of the connectivity troubleshooting.

Can you all please flush your DNS:

https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/Faqs/0...w-to-flush-DNS

Also, if you are able, can you please change your DNS to Google DNS.

Hey KItkat2612! If you are still having this issue, please make sure you have any other overlay software disabled. Additionally, please try these PC steps.

@RNWgorkem Did you try the PC steps I also suggested? Some players found that reinstalling Siege seemed to resolve the issue as well. Do you have Uplay, Steam and Siege installed on the same HDD?

YOUNGPAPPY2322, are you still running into issues purchasing credits in Siege at this time? If so, please create a ticket at support.ubi.com for the team to further investigate.

ItsJameszy12, my apologies for the frustration that this has caused you. If you're unable to purchase credits on your Xbox, I'd suggest reaching out to Microsoft Support. Ubisoft does not have access to their backend tools and services, so I'm not able to investigate why you are not able to purchase in-game content.

Hey RadovanGiant,

Sorry to hear that, on PS4 you do need to buy the content from the same regional storefront as the game, otherwise it will not work.

For those of you still having issues, please try purchasing credits via the Web version of your respective stores;

Xbox; https://www.xbox.com/microsoft-store

Authoriix.NS, please ensure you have the Ubisoft Connect overlay enabled when attempting to purchase credits.

As well as try disabling and re-enabling the overlay.
