For Some Reason Rainbow Siege regularly switches between Servers (EU-Central, EU-West, sometimes NAE). In itself that wouldn’t be an issue, but it reset the skins of the operators EVERY DAMN TIME, so that i spend more time putting on skins than playing!
The skins cost quite a lot of money and it’s annoying that i can’t use them for real.

@ToxthiccWitch Hi there, sorry to hear about the skins being reset. Just to doublecheck, does the reset happen in any gamemode you've been playing or only a specific mode or event? If you haven't done so in a while I would suggest to verify your game files before starting a new match to see if we can improve this issue to keep your skins equipped.

Hello there @ToxthiccWitch

Just to clarify a bit, did you run into the same "Achievements couldn't be synchronized" error after the game crashed the most recent time?

Also, can you let me know what CPU and GPU you have in your PC, along with the hard drives you have and where Ubisoft Connect and Rainbow Six Siege are installed?

Hey @ToxthiccWitch

If it continues to happen, try disabling the cloud option in the Ubisoft Connect settings, so the save file where your loadouts are saved is stored on your PC.

Then you can make a backup of the folder somewhere and just replace the backup folder back to the same location it was taken from it if it happens again. The folder location will be

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\635
