- If you have another Ubisoft account that you used to use with Twitch Drops, try enabling Twitch Drops with that account

I'm sorry you've encountered DDOSing players in-game. While we cannot adjust your MMR or Rank, we do take these incidents seriously and ask that you contact us directly via our Support Site or you can also reach us on Facebook and Twitter with any clips or details of these players.

We can then pass this on for investigation, thank you

We are unable to say if players will be compensated for any Twitch streams they have watched where they were unable to claim these drops because of being unable to link Ubisoft and Twitch accounts up, but we have took note of your feedback on this and have passed this on for you.

2. The password for Twitch account A is reset

For those still reporting this issue, please ensure you've given the following steps a try as we are testing this as a resolution;

Here are the steps to resolve this -

1. Un-link the 2 accounts from the Ubisoft Account Management website.
2. Re-link Ubisoft account A with Twitch account A (to renew the token and stop the error from occurring)
3. Un-link Ubisoft account A and Twitch account A again
4. Re-link Ubisoft account A and Twitch account B

Have you been able to give the following troubleshooting posted above a go?

I can see you have now been able to link your Twitch account to your Ubisoft account.

There seems to be fewer reports of this issue occurring now and believe this has been fixed for most players.

Hello AmooAraash, thanks for posting and I am happy to see the solution posted above worked for you, enabling you to re-register for the Siege Twitch drops.

When the Six Invitational that was postponed begins in May, the Esports pack drops that players may have missed during the streams will become available to players again, through future Twitch streams during the Six Invitational.

I can see you have a Twitch account linked to your Ubisoft account at this very moment, but I am unable to go into details in the forum about that.

Have you used more than one Ubisoft Account in the past or more than one Twitch username?

If that is the case and you have had more than one account in the past, have you been able to try this fix -

1. Un-link the 2 accounts from the Ubisoft Account Management website -
https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/account-information
2. Re-link Ubisoft account A with Twitch account A (to renew the token and stop the error from occurring)
3. Un-link Ubisoft account A and Twitch account A again
4. Re-link Ubisoft account A and Twitch account B

The reason I ask is that this is seems to be a problem that affects players who have had previous Twitch accounts and Ubisoft Accounts linked to one another.

If you have already tried the above fix to no avail, I would suggest contacting us here -

With the name of any Twitch account you have used previously and and Ubisoft associated email address you have used in the past too so we can look these up and investigate this further.
