I have been having this glitch for a few days now ever since the recent update came out. Whenever its the end of a match my team winning or not it doesn't not show the characters at the end. It shows names and the mvp score but its just zoomed into a random part of the map ie. water and some textures. Im wondering if its only me because none of my friends have it, is there any way that this is a issue on my end if so how do I fix it? :(

Sorry to hear you are having this issue, it is not 1 that I am familiar with.

Would it be possible to send us a link to a video showing this to help us understand what is happening and also determine the best action moving forward.

Can I check however do you receive rewards as intended and are you able to play games following this?

Hopefully those work.

This glitch occurs at the end of every round, and on every map. I can still hear all of the sound effects that would normally occur, and I still receive rewards, experience, etc. after the MVP screen, just as I would normally. The glitch only seems to be a visual problem at those two points.

We currently do not have any updates on the matter as our game team is still investigating the matter.

Hey SaulGuccii, thanks for replying.

The verify game files trick can be done in both Ubisoft Connect and Steam. It corrects and game files that may be corrupted or missing from the game causing various issues.
