]So im a Rainbow6 player on PS4 and after the last update (2.05) that was weird because my friends got it after me i simply cannot load the game like i click on the game and it starts but when i get into the game it keeps loading forever on the screen saying " WARNING: READ BEFORE PLAYING" that says havoc and battle eye thing like it keeps loading forever the little 6 icon down on the left corner keeps spinning forever and i dont know why it happens because none of my friends seem to have this issue.

Hello iKiNgZ_PT! I'm extremely sorry to hear that you've been having trouble loading up Rainbow Six Siege. I'm sure this has been annoying to deal with, especially since your friends aren't experiencing the problem themselves and it's ultimately preventing you from playing the game. Moving forward, I would first suggest rebuilding your console's database. You can find those steps here! That process acts like a computer disk defragmenter and will not affect your save data, so it would be great to try in this case to see if it helps get the game loaded up. It would also be worthwhile to complete the other steps in the article linked above!

If the problem persists, please grab a screenshot of the exact error you mentioned. This would be incredibly helpful!

Thank you for getting back to us and thank you for the image! Could you try completely power cycling your PlayStation please?

Hold down the power button for 15 seconds, then unplug the PlayStation from the power adapter and wait 5 minutes. Once done plug it back in and turn it on then test if the issue continues.

If so you may need to reinstall the game.

Hello Yauff_, thank you for getting back to us.

- In addition to what has already been advised, I believe restoring your licences could resolve this issue on PS4, if you haven't already tried this option -
Got to Settings > Account Management > Restore Licences on PlayStation menu.

- Did you purchase the game as the physical edition or digital edition? If physical, what region code is the disc and what region code is your PlayStation?

- Are you playing the game on your 'Primary' PlayStation account? You can check this in the PS settings here - https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/su...ivation-guide/

- Finally, are you trying to play the game online on the PSN account that also pays for PS plus, as this was a known issue before.

Once you can let me know these details, I will do my best to investigate this further for you.
