Hello XogadorPL, I'm sorry to hear that this has occurred.

Do you have any alternative accounts on your console? If so, can you try starting the game from one of those accounts to see if the same thing occurs? If you don't please try quickly setting one up to test.

Sorry to hear. As a next step i'd try to rebuild your PS4 database. If you turn off the console, then hold the power button until you hear two beeps, it will open in the safe mode menu and you can select rebuild database there.

Have you attempted the steps that XogadorPL reported? If you play via wireless, try playing the game offline in Situation and then turn go online.

Is this after selecting the game mode to play from the menu, or are you experiencing connectivity issues when trying to access the game itself as well? Have you completed our connectivity troubleshooting for the game on PS4, as well as our basic troubleshooting guide?

A screenshot or short video clip showing exactly where it is that you get stuck, as well as any error codes you may be receiving, would be very useful for us to take a look at.

Is this a separate in-game issue that you are experiencing, or is this related to the aforementioned issue of being unable to get past the operator select screen / lobby?
