@gingysnapzzz Hey there, sorry to hear this is occurring and apologies for not responding to you sooner. Can you make sure you've completed all the steps in this FAQ? Even with a wired connection, there can still be conflicts within your network connection that might be causing the disconnects.

Did you notice any error codes or messages when you were removed? If so, would you be able to provide us with a screenshot of the error code/message?
