Yesterday i bought platinum skin from r6 store and it says like you'll get 2 upoints(or units) with this purchase. This is day 2 and i dont get any units. Hope someone see this and help me in a short time.

Hello MosyoMunafik, thanks for getting in contact about your Ubisoft Loyalty Units.

We are currently fixing the issue and the Units system will be turned back on, today November 5th. Any Units you should have received through levelling up during this time period through will also be granted as well as for any purchases you made. Please let us know if this is not the case for you?

Hello Chi Zeta, if you are referring to Ubisoft Club units for completing challenges, this should have been unlocked for all our legacy titles such as Unity. I would suggest you get in touch with our Ubisoft Support team as they will be able to check your account and see when these units were added and if any other units were added to your account and when.

We are aware of an issue with the delivery of Units for purchases on the Ubisoft Store and our teams are working to resolve this issue.

Units may take up to 10 days to be added to your Ubisoft account. Rest assured that you will receive your points but with some delays.
