I have been experiencing this error after the White noise update release and experience it in every match I play.
My ping doesn't go above 50
It freezes my game but I can still hear my team mates talking before being kicked to the menu. The second part of the error code varies (For example I have gotten these 3 codes [2-0x0000c015] [2cc2f3e30e], [2-0x0000c015] [2806d7d91b], and [2-0x0000c015] [1f8219baca])
The effect is the same as Error Code 2-0x0000b005 which would be fixed by turning off my router and modem for 10 minutes. But with the error code [2-0x0000c015] the method doesn't work and I can not find any source of what can be causing the error online.

Thank you in advance

Found a quick solution that works when the error comes back

After testing this a few times this is what works for me.
When I receive the Error Code [2-0x0000c015] I verify integrity of game files and then open the Command Prompt.
To access this you do Windows Key+R then type CMD
When the Command Prompt opens, type into it- ipconfig/flushdns
Do this multiple times (I did it 5-10 times)
When done flushing your DNS then restart your router and then launch your game and that should do it.

(Note I have port forwarded.. If you haven't port forwarded yet I recommend you do for that can solve the issue)

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your disconnect. I highly recommend trying all the steps listed here. If you've tried all the steps, and still have high ping/lag, please make a ticket with a screenshot of your Port Forwarding. This will help determine what is causing you to disconnect. Thanks for your report!

Hi there guys,

It may not help, but you can always try an contact your ISP to see if they can help you in some way.

Again, this may not result in a fix, but it can put your mind at rest.

- Sorry for any inconvenience caused

Hey Jeffy141, and everyone else in this thread. If the connection troubleshooting shared earlier in this thread doesn't help, and the other workarounds also do not help, please create a ticket with a screenshot of your forwarded ports and MSINFO and DXDIAG files.

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble. If your case was sent off for further investigation you'll hear back through it once there's an update.

I suggest people try removing any keyboard drivers and see if that fixes your issue. It may not be just corsair but a problem with drivers in general.
Cheers for sharing what worked for you

So maybe it has something to do with Corsair Drivers and Hardware after all.
I have seen some disconnects due to peripherals drivers before. But I'm glad to see it seems okay for now. If you run into any further issues I would advise contacting us on our support site with your dxdiag and msinfo: https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/0...ag-and-Msinfo/

Hi Paaad. If you are getting this error code, please try these connection steps. Some players have noted that uninstalling and reinstalling the game seemed to help as well.
If you still get this error code, please make a ticket with a screenshot of your port forwarding. We can look into this error code further for your issue once we have that info. Thanks!

Hi the_db0_. I checked into your account and did see that you had a ticket open regarding a similar issue. It appears you had a Double NAT apparently. Do you happen to have a router and a modem? Some modems can act as both a modem and router in one, which might be why you could be having a Double NAT. For this issue, you would have to reach out to your ISP to resolve the Double NAT issue.

Thank you for the feedback and suggestions M4STER_R00T. Disconnection issues can be tough to identify, as it may be related to several different factors. We often ask players to port forward in the event the ports are being blocked by the ISP or the way their router is set up. We also often suggest changing DNS to Google's DNS for example. We also suggest flushing your DNS and resetting your hosts files as well. All of these have been known to resolve connection issues. If a player continues to have issues after trying all of these steps, we would then like to investigate these issues. In order to do so, we would need a screenshot of port forwarding settings to verify the ports were done correctly.
You should have the option to reconnect back to the match assuming the match has not ended. There have been some reported issues of players not being able to reconnect despite the match still ongoing. It is possible that the spot was already backfilled after you had disconnected (at least in Casual).
I apologize for any frustration regarding disconnections in Siege. The Siege team are always looking for ways to improve experiences, performance issues and connection as well.
