I have been experiencing this error after the White noise update release and experience it in every match I play.
My ping doesn't go above 50
It freezes my game but I can still hear my team mates talking before being kicked to the menu. The second part of the error code varies (For example I have gotten these 3 codes [2-0x0000c015] [2cc2f3e30e], [2-0x0000c015] [2806d7d91b], and [2-0x0000c015] [1f8219baca])
The effect is the same as Error Code 2-0x0000b005 which would be fixed by turning off my router and modem for 10 minutes. But with the error code [2-0x0000c015] the method doesn't work and I can not find any source of what can be causing the error online.
Thank you in advance

Found a quick solution that works when the error comes back
After testing this a few times this is what works for me.
When I receive the Error Code [2-0x0000c015] I verify integrity of game files and then open the Command Prompt.
To access this you do Windows Key+R then type CMD
When the Command Prompt opens, type into it- ipconfig/flushdns
Do this multiple times (I did it 5-10 times)
When done flushing your DNS then restart your router and then launch your game and that should do it.
(Note I have port forwarded.. If you haven't port forwarded yet I recommend you do for that can solve the issue)
