Thank you for contacting us, we're sorry to hear that's the case.

Do you use any overlays at the same time as the game? For instance Discord, or MSI? This is something that can effect the game controls, so it's worth trying with these disabled.

It would also be worth checking the game settings file in the My Documents, and trying to move that to the Desktop. This will reset the settings, and it would be worth seeing if that helps.

You mention a few different mice, do they all have their own software or just Plug-n-Play?

I'd certainly also advise trying in a Clean Boot, just to make sure nothing else is interfering with the game at all. You can do that through the steps in the Support Article here

This sounds rather odd if you are on a different account but the same settings in-game with a different outcome. It may be best resetting your settings and setting them up as the same again. Take an image of all your current settings in-game, then delete your config file (bare in mind this will delete all of your current settings and your situations progress)

What kind of mouse are you using in the game and have you recently updated the firmware of the mouse also?

Can I also ask you the following -

- How recently did you notice this happening with the mouse?
- Do you often use ALT+TAB between rounds, as the game can sometimes stop recognising mouse movements and functions
- Have you tried mapping any other actions to the mouse?
