This bug has been reported to the team! Until it's fixed, this is a proven workaround. Just make sure you're hidden so your drone doesn't get destroyed while switching!

Ammo size for each operator varies due to how different their weapons are. Hibana has a small magazine as well.

Were you able to report these cheaters in-game? Also, if you have any visual evidence of these actions, please bring them to Support. Our dev team understands how frustrating it is to come across people who only play the game to ruin other player's experiences. The team is still looking for new ways to identify and ban these types of players.

I would suggest restarting Uplay.

Already been reported last week by yours truly. They're working on a fix as I type this.
