I believe that feature is intentional. It's supposed to simulate how you're not able to talk when dead. You're transitioning from an operator to playing support via cams, etc, which is why your voice cuts out for a second or two.

I play all right but glory points are not added what to do

I've had this happen a few times personally and the download has always picked back up. Keep an eye on it and let me know if it still doesn't move.

Just a bit of an update, if you were in a ranked match prior to the maintenance start, it may have ended in the middle and carried over. Hence the 1/10.

Did they change the operators so that you HAVE to buy them through the pass? (Sorry for bad quality)

It was a bug, restart and you should be able to unlock past season operators as normal.
