Just a little question... when we goin' to get MMR refund for playing with cheaters? Haven't played this game in a month but friends I played with say they still haven't got it yet. Should we send second support ticket or something like that?

There's no set time for the MMR rollback updates, but if you are meant to receive one it will happen automatically.

Thank you Ubisoft for putting in the time and effort into this game. Definitely my favorite FPS ever! Been playing FPS since the late 90’s and this is by far the most fun, adrenaline filled, Diehard action out there. I’ve made quite a few new friends on Siege too, we even met up to see the new John Wick film :)

Also would it be possible to add a way to fade the operator Icon when aiming in their direction, I sometimes find I miss something when their icon colors fill an area I’m looking at.

Will pass along the suggestion.

what's global ordering? i'm dumb

The short explanation is that data packets from your actions are sent multiple times to make sure no information is lost, and then re-ordered at the global level to make sure they are activated correctly for all players in the game.

Is anyone hearing gun sounds wrong? Like the ak12 has no constant sound and the m12 has the sound of the ar constant shooting sound glitch from t hunt.

They still have their proper gun sound when you fire the first bullet though, after that the gun sounds completly different.

Some guns still sound proper like lion's v308 and russian lmg

If you happen to have a video capture of the sound dropping off, please create a report on r6fix.ubi.com!

With Global Ordering Fix incoming, the Client-sided Barricade Debris issue should also be fixed, right?

That's a separate issue that's currently in the process of being looked at and addressed by the team.

The discrepancy in sight between players peaking angles.

One player being able to see a significant portion of the other without being seen at all. Especially around corners.

It makes sense to have more of your body poking out when you peak but if the corner is in the middle of your face it cuts down you vision to 90 degrees or less.

While the player coming to peak that angle could still have a full fov and see 1/2 of your face when you can't even see them at all.

There needs to be a happier medium between eye sight and body exposure. The cheesy angles of pre-burnt horizon were not nearly as frustrating and annoying as the cheap kills this mechanic allows.

We have spoken about the intent behind this before, and we do not consider it an issue. There are a few ways of addressing the parallax effect for perspectives. We have opted to go for the more realistic method, which means that the closer you are to a wall (or corner), the more limited your field of view will be. Also, as your eyes (camera) are no longer in your shoulder, you will be at a disadvantage.

Not that we have seen. If you have experienced it, please let us know!

Our latest Dev Blog takes a look back at the recent exploits and their impact on the community. We discuss the Global Ordering fix we implemented for the recent exploits, as well as our improvements to better address such exploits in the future with the Operator and loadout kill-switches on the live servers.

We also shed some light behind the scenes on the efforts the team took at each step as we worked to resolve the exploits.

Interesting that the camera perspective issue isn't on this list. Definitely the most persistent problem.

Could you please clarify exactly what you are referring to?

Hey, sorry to bug ya(probably not gonna see this or rely but whatever), but as a console player (xbox) how can I have you guys effectively ban people that are blatantly using mnk and/or ddossing? With video and screenshot proof I’ve opened many tickets only to check the accounts of them scuzzbags later and see that nothing has happened, why do it be like it do?

Report to support.ubi.com. That's the best way. Our process is in place to ban confirmed cheaters, but also to prevent banning innocent players based on a single report. Keep in mind that the process does also need time so we can investigate. So without more information on the reports you made, it's hard for me to say much else on if/when they were banned or not.

Ah, sorry. But the event has already ended. If you contributed to the challenge during the Showdown event however, then you will get the skin.

What's even the point of these "community challenges" if it's just a free reward on a timer?

We set an unrealistic goal as we overlooked some key factors when making the estimate. If we felt it was an achievable goal we would not have given it out even if the community fell short of the challenge.

If that's the only way they can play with their friends, yes. They also might care a lot less about their rank than you.

Realistically, it isn't a great solution and the potential for trolling is substantial. We have other ideas in the works that we feel address the issue is a better way, but aren't ready to talk about quite yet.
