In regards to proof - one of the major factors we take into account for boosting bans are: "Are you in a group with the cheater" and "Did you play multiple games with the cheater". If those are true, then that is sufficient evidence for us to say with a great degree of confidence that a player is knowingly and willingly playing with a cheater.

I'm sorry if this seems harsh but as we cannot verify your side of the story, the ban cannot be undone.

What about cheaters that can vault inside everywhere. Also they can vault inside while the prep fase is still in progress.

Cheats are handled through a different process. Please report to support.ubi.com if you suspect cheating activity.

The global ordering fix is related to the exploits. DDOS issues are being tackled separately by our team and we will update on that front as things progress.

This can sometimes occur after a maintenance, especially if you opened the game during the server downtime.

Usually if you close and re-open the game, the Loadouts should return.

I'm sorry to hear that's occurring for you, GeorgeMDZ

Are you running any other programs that use the headset at the same time, for instance Discord or Spotify?

The first thing you'd want to check is if in your Sound settings you have allowed other Programs & Apps to take exclusive control of your device. This is something that can stop the headset from playing the game sound.

You'd also want to check if you have the sound set to Surround Sound instead of Stereo, this can also cause issues with the Sound not being played.
