I recommend reaching out to Ubisoft Support[support.ubi.com] as they will be able to directly investigate and figure out what is causing the mouse lag.

As a part of our ongoing efforts to identify and tackle game issues as fast and efficiently as possible, we introduced R6Fix last year. Since then, we have received over 7,000 bug reports.

Today, we are excited to introduce our brand new Bug Hunter Program, an initiative that has been designed to reward all those dedicated players that help us to improve the game’s health with every new update.

HOW IT WORKS
It’s simple, all you have to do is report any issue you might encounter on the Test Server through R6Fix. You can find a detailed guide on how to report issues here as well as an FAQ. Once we receive your report, our QA team will test it and try to reproduce it, if they succeed, your contribution will be marked as Acknowledged.

All issues need to be in English, clearly stated and with visual evidence, either a screenshot or a video that clearly shows the problem. Only the first person to report the acknowledged bug will receive credit toward... Read more

We released a fix at the beginning of the season, but had to remove it because it was causing rotational sound issues and we're working on getting that fixed currently. When we have more information to share, we will. It will be fixed before Y11 though :D :D

Hello ZarrDy

As previously mentioned the MMR rollback is only changing MMR where a cheater has been banned from that match, meaning all exchanging of MMR points has been made invalid.

Looking into your account, I can see you've lost MMR from rollbacks, but you've also gained some as well from losing a match against someone who has been banned for cheating, so you are getting the best of both worlds here.

Just to confirm, any MMR taken from your account will not be changed, we cannot manually edit this.

Hey there,

Your 15 day ban is not for your avatar, it would of been because of your recent behaviour in game(if its stating toxic behaviour ban on your main menu) , the two just happened to occur at the same time

Ubisoft Club does not allow political figures for avatars and this would of been removed because of that, You're not fully banned from the avatar upload system however if another avatar is removed you may lose the ability to upload your own choice of imgage.

So how am I supposed to prevent it from happening again if i don't know what caused the ban in the firstplace? Also I have seen countless photos of other politicians such as Bernie Sanders, Obama, etc and they haven't got their photo taken down. I have had this photo since November 2017 and it's only an issue as I get ban? That leads me to believe they are connected .It kinda seams that Ubi soft is really pushing an agenda...

There won't be a change in the answer.

in UBISOFT's view is also stated. Please refrain from using Political figures in your avatars going forward if you're still able to choose one, thank you.
