Will this allow licensed cars that have been purchased previously but put in the item shop to take advantage of cross-platform progression. ex. if ecto was purchased last year on a ps4 will you be able to use it on EGS when it comes out for everyone else.

This isn't another "I got a Very Rare I already had" post, and this has nothing to do with the Nontradable item bug.
This video literally shows an Uncommon Drop giving a Common Antenna, something that shouldn't even be possible.
The most likely cause of this problem is because Rainbow Flag was previously an Uncommon item, but was changed to Common and given to everyone.
I'd wager that they simply didn't remove Rainbow Flag from the Drop table when they changed the Quality.

I'm confirming that we are experiencing issues with PsyNet again. We're pushing Rocket League into maintenance mode again in order to handle the underlying issue.
I'll update this comment with more information once it's available.
Update: Our database is recovering so access to PsyNet is opening back up. We're keeping an eye on things to make sure nothing is overloaded as the player population returns.

Update: Rocket League is running in maintenance mode to limit the amount of traffic coming through.
We're continuing to work through maintenance mode as we identify the underlying issue. Some players may be able to connect, however, connecting to PsyNet is not guaranteed for all players.

This is the normal schedule they use so that nobody in any time zone can claim that it doesn't fill the whole "weekend".
Last one was clearly a last minute scramble to try to make people less mad about the XP changes, so they started it late.
Our last 2XP event was to help kick off the start of Llama-Rama. This weekend's 2XP event uses the same start and end days/times we've typically used in the past.
Also, I submitted a support ticket just a few days ago. Thanks for your help!

Just finished a tournament. We won the first two games in the finals, got the trophy screen and everything. Then got put back into a game against the same team, they won and RL said that it was game 2. Went into game 3 (actually 4) tied 1-1 and lost. Got robbed of my first tourney win. Feels great.
Was getting "couldn't download xp data" after a couple of the matches as well.
