Hi everyone, posted an update here that covers the refund issues and why we're ending support.
We want to update everyone on refunds for macOS and Linux users, as well as shed some light on why we made the decision to end support for both platforms.
Our plan yesterday was to have players contact us directly about refunds for the base game so we could help you obtain one from Valve as quickly as possible. This was supposed to happen in conjunction with Valve issuing refunds to players who have played Rocket League on macOS or Linux. While Steam’s normal refund policy has a two week purchase and/or two hours of play window, we coordinated with Valve to expand eligibility to anyone who has played Rocket League on either platform.
That process did not work as planned, and we’re sorry for the frustration this has caused for anyone involved. At this time, anyone who has played Rocket League on macOS or Linux can contact Valve about a refund for the base game, and the refund should go through.
If you play Rocket League on macOS or Linux and want a refund for...

Linking this is just an empty nothing from /u/Psyonix_Devin
You need to start a ticket with us asking about the refund.
I have requested a refund and been denied.
Was this through Steam, or through the link I just provided?
Hi everyone, if you are playing RL on macOS or Linux and are interested in a refund, please contact our Customer Care team here: https://support.rocketleague.com/
I have never heard of GSVP, MNDP , or FP-Mux. We just send regular UDP packets to the operating system. Perhaps the Xbox OS is compressing them after that? Or wireshark is misinterpreting our packets?
For anyone playing on macOS or Linux, please take a look at the knowledge base article we just put up. The most important bits:

Currently, are any actions being taken when someone submits a "Report inappropriate club name" report? I've come across a few that should definitely not be allowed, but never receive notification messages after reporting.
Yes there are, though it seems that notifications may not always be consistent especially if there is a long enough delay since the ban and the reporter's next log in.

Thank you! I'll look through the Clubs you've run across and make sure that appropriate action is taken against bad actors.
Hi everyone! I just mentioned this in another, similar thread, but it looks like we were thinking the same thing, and we've removed the banners in a future update.
Thanks for the post! Looks like we were thinking the same thing, as we've already removed the banners in an upcoming update. :D
Thanks for the tag! Looking into this now.
This would be amazing as knowing the power ups of your teammates is a real game changer. This would make solo queue rumble way better. /u/Psyonix_Devin pretty pls?
Seen, and thanks for the tag!
Yeah we had a club play us the other day with white and red cars with white wizard hats and the club was named KKK sympathizers, freaking ridiculous. It would also be awesome to have a system in place that notifies us if a report we made against someone was acted upon so we know that something is being done.
Hmmm, that shouldn't be possible, at least without some kind of obfuscation. If you can share your account username or Steam profile URL with me, I'll look these guys up and make sure that can't happen.
What?! Do you mean to tell me that OP went out on the Internet and told lies? Scandalous!
Cheek aside, cheers for piping in with that. It's pretty obvious now that you mention it.
No problem :) If it wasn't posted on a Sunday I would've commented earlier, but hey I guess it was meme day so we gotta let it slide for a bit. :P
Yet I see people with club names like "All trans people should die" all the time, and they keep that name with no problem for months at a time.
I'll look into this phrase to make sure that players can't abuse it. Thanks!
I'm guessing anything that matches something like "kill*self" will get you banned. Or maybe they went all in and had just "kill" suffice. They're kind of free to go overboard with it since you have to be reported in the first place.
It's a photoshopped image; OP was not banned for this phrase.
"Rude" is censored. I don't get that, out of all the things. If somebody is saying "Ezz" to me, why can't I say "don't be rude"
You can, we have no restrictions against that, however, it looks like you may be running into a filtering issue with your platform.
