The update will be under 1 GB for PC and PS4, but it will be larger on Xbox (3 GB) and Switch (7 GB).
Yeah no problem for whatever reason Riva doesn't work with rocket league but I think it just some trouble with most overlays.

Hello, and thanks for posting about this! Dug into this a bit, and at the moment there are no server hosting options available to us in Africa outside of Johannesburg in South Africa. If anything changes on this front, adding servers in a different country in or closer to West Africa will definitely be discussed by the team.

I was just testing it out and I was able to recreate it. Again it was the first damage to the side and in the replay so I'd guess that is it.
Edit: as mentioned in another comment. It seems like the floor of the scoring team stays the way it is at the moment of skipping a replay.
