Hey, I just looked into your account and removed the ban. Just like iOMelon said, the system doesn't always get the context so false negatives do happen.

It seems like unilaterally your connection issues have been really bad. I don't see any outliers as far as the server goes.

What I would suggest is that you reach out to our Customer Care team. They should be able to help you run through some MTR tests against the servers. This will help us plot where the connectivity problems are coming from.

There's so many duplicate decals in there I can't find items I'd want to build. And it resets every time I preview an item on my car.

This is an issue that the team is aware of, however, we do not have an ETA for a fix at this moment.

Hey there, have you been able to try validating your game file integrity? This should check to make sure that everything is installed correctly.

If you have, please DM me with your most recent logs and dmp files from the crashes.

Will unrevealed blueprints be subject to double painted drop weekends? I and a bunch of other people are holding out on revealing our blueprints in hopes that we can reveal more painted items if one comes about. If you don't plan to allow that you should make a comment about it to spread the word. If you said no I would reveal them all right now.

We hear the feedback about the loss of Decryptors and are discussing ways to address it, but we can't commit to anything yet.

Second, Trade Ups were primarily targeted as a way to mitigate random outcomes from Crates. Even if you got a Rare Decal you didn't want from a Crate, you could recycle it for a chance at something else. In a world where you know exactly what you're purchasing (via Blueprints or the Shop), it no longer makes sense to Trade Up paid content, and conflicts with our goal of moving away from paid random purchases.
