Both honestly. You can get reported for many many things so the reasoning does matter.

Right now the team is currently working through The Arena and identifying areas that may be causing performance issues (which lead to crashes right after the last update). Once we've done this performance review and any bugs fixed, it'll be turned back on as soon as possible!

We're glad you appreciate the store update! We do have a lot of stuff available/on sale this week so be sure to take advantage of it if you are interested.

Also glad you took advantage of the Phantom bundle. If you own her it's a no brainer in my personal opinion but even if you don't you should be able to pick her up with the Rogue Bucks included.

Correct, Phantom is not a part of this pack but we do include enough Rogue Bucks for you to unlock her if you need to. If you do already have her, you can spend those on something else!

Hey there! The out of memory issues discussed previously were primarily an issue with the console platforms. If you are experiencing crashes on PC we can certainly take a look at crash logs. Are there any things that are in common with each match? Rogues, maps, etc...?

Respectfully, I must disagree. I use Reports from our system in making determinations of suspensions and bans regularly. We appreciate folks who take the time to make them and it does improve the overall community.
