Does this include ironmen who are still above the soft cap after purchasing the entire reward store?
Currently we're not able to receive the final letter on the same day it's eligible to be received, so we'll have to buy it from the shop the next day. That means we'll only get 6 nice list entries when santa comes. Not the biggest deal, but still feels bad to miss out on any extra chance to get the rarest reward :(

I had this exact same issue and ended up buying 3 letters from the shop. Hoping this is just one off release day jankiness.

hotfix went live nearly 2 hours ago - anyone still affected will need to relog (or re-enter the village) to get the fix

Spells and abilities randomly light up as if I can cast them. I don't actually have the runes needed to cast it. One example is intercept. I have earth and soul runes, but no air runes. Resonance has also lit up a few times.2. List the steps to reproduce the bug.

I have a rune pouch equipped, but not the appropriate runes.

1 - Ironmen over 50k spirit cannot gain the final letter per day via gaining spirit from skilling at the Christmas village.
2 - Have over 50k spirit and attempt to get the letter from skilling in the village.
3 - Potentially unlock the mystery gift with no loot/oddments for irons?
Believe the check for the letter isn't related to getting a spirit drop, you might have a different issue. Is there a letter you can purchase in the spirit store?

I did dailies before the update today, will I still get the letter for those? Not at my PC to try it right now
You can collect your letter from Clementine the imp up beside Santa's lodge.
Cant build the third workbench station on my main account. Ironman could do that part of the quest easily. Is there a bug in this part of quest? /u/JagexAzanna

It seems to be different benches for different accounts. all 3 seem to be affected, but at least one is not repairable for players
