Cheers for the clarification, gonna flag it up to have a look, any issue with engaging with the patch after you noticed this?

Does look a little bit odd, does this occur with other Yew trees you find out in the world?

The impact it has had on my life, the bosses, the friendships made, the privileged PoV of being able to be a player as well as a Dev, and most importantly, the social aspect of it. You don't get many games where communities exist outside of your teamspeaks or Discords. The fact I can hop into a CC/FC and chat with different people is wicked.

My 2 cents. Have a sick weekend, y'all. (Don't hit me with replies of roadmappage, that's not my area)

I like the general freedom I have when it comes to progression, I can be working towards a goal and pivot off and work on another one when I hit a roadblock and it all still feels like tangible progress.

Are inverted skillcapes on that list?

I'm gonna need to make a sign about inverted skillcapes so I can post the "Don't make me tap the sign" Simpsons meme.

Anyway: Yes they're on the list of things players are asking for! We currently aren't planning on introducing them into the game as we're still looking for the best way to implement them.

(This is not an invitation for suggestions on how to implement them, you've all provided lots of lovely ideas before lots of times, thank you!)

I, personally, am of the opinion that we need to implement them either as a reward from another limited time mode (like FSW, or a Leagues if you've played OSRS) for consistency, OR we would introduce them as a skilling reward beyond 120, with some kind of shard system players earn while skilling, and then combining shards to "rebuild" the cape.

I am but a humble CM, so my opinion is just that, so I'll leave the design and development of whatever idea we eventually go for to the experts!

Maybe u/JagexDoom could pass it along and maybe get it added in early may..

I want to say this was on the latest Community Hitlist survey as a recurring response but if nothing else I can flag it up to the team as a point to consider!

One other bit, could you add a rate sword right-click back to egil as well? I love to make ceremonial swords when they pop up but having to go through his intro dialog every time kind of stinks

I'll note it down.

I agree with this. It's on my list to include as soon as I can find a relevant project.

From the top of my head I know that Luma, Sponge, Shrike, Stu, Rowley, Ramen, Breezy and yourself are producing content.

Blkwitch is usually responsible for art and environment.

I don't know who does audio/music now that Mod Lord is gone.

The last thing I heard from Breezy was Hero Pass and Ramen did the recolours of Master Max.

Where are the other content devs?

I think there might be a bit of disagreement here about what we mean by "mod" or "developer". While it's true that "2 jmods" worked full time on the combat fixes, that's only counting specifically content developers. Not everyone who works on Runescape is a content developer. Sometimes when we say "mod" or "dev" we mean specifically content devs, sometimes we mean anyone who works in development (which includes artists but not say managers) and sometimes we mean anyone working on RS in any capacity.

"2 out of 100" is comparing different things - 2 content developers, but more than 100 staff including non-developers. If we're talking about all staff, it's more accurate to say that 10 even 20 people "worked on it", but because of the nature of their jobs most of them weren't full time just on that project. If we're talking specifically about content developers, there are not, and have never been, 100 content developers working on Runescape.
