It's never good to hear from a community member who is experiencing bugs in the game and feels unhappy when playing. Anything to do with crashes, bugs, player's feedback is something that the development team addresses on a regular basis.

Most of these bugs and crashes can only be fixed with a game update. The sooner they get the bug or crash report, the sooner they can start working on it.

We aim to hear more from players about the problems they face in the game via support. Everything that is shared via support be it a bug or a crash is shared with the development team and is investigated to be fixed.

If you’ve jumped into the game after Supply Drop #2 landed yesterday, January 27th, you have probably noticed the health bar’s new design.

The new health bar represents your character's Critical Health (yellow) and Core Health (white). Critical Health automatically recharges over time, and Core Health requires the use of a Health Stim or other Health granting abilities. It is only the design of the health bar that has been changed, no game mechanics.

Having the health represented in one bar instead of two will give a better understanding of:
- How much damage attacks are doing in relation to your total health pool.
- How much of your total health the Critical Health bar represents.

The recommended solution for this problem is to try deleting these files associated with Second Extinction
Note: Deleting these will require you to change your previously settings.

Using file explorer, navigate to the following location and delete the "settings.json" file - C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Saved Games\Avalanche Studios\Second Extinction\
