I gotta say not a fan of not knowing which gods are getting skins, it basically makes me have no desire to pre-order.
Also don't get what the big deal is about the medusa skin, they took a naked female model and the textures on it. If you showed me the skin with no context I would have guess it was Nu Wa, Sol or a Humanoid Tiamat as nothing about it even seems like Medusa."
Not showing upcoming god skins was unintended. Just talked to the team and they are looking into it, but there seem to be some technical hurdles to get over to resolve. We've added the list of upcoming Gods getting skins in the event to patch notes. Dropping them here to for visibility.

Yep, having worked on Chiron and Charon, I definitely remembered this one. There was definitely several discussions of 'oh no, they're thinking of the entirely wrong character' when people were hyping it up back then.
If you're on console, make sure to navigate down to the claim button and use A for Xbox + Switch or X for PlayStation.
You'll see it highlighted when you've selected it successfully.

We're aware and working on a fix for this. In the meantime logging out and back into your xbox account on your console should fix the issue.
