In Splitgate properties in Steam on the General tab, click on SET LAUNCH OPTIONS button. In the Launch Options dialog enter: -culture=xx
where xx is: en for English, fr for French, de for German, it for Italian, ja for Japanese, pl for Polish, pt for Portugues, ro for Romanian, ru for Russian, es for Spanish, and tr for Turkish.

There are EU servers and there always has been EU servers. You can see for yourself by starting a custom game and selecting it from the drop down.

The "Glitch" your experiencing is called screen tearing and it can be remedied by enabling V-Sync within the games Video settings.

It should be inside the %localappdata%/portalwars/saved/ folder.

Could you please zip up your “logs” folder and DM it to me so I can help figure out the cause of your issue. You can do that by clicking the Windows+R key and in the run box that appears paste %localappdata%/portalwars/saved/ click enter and zip up and DM me the “logs” folder.
