Thank you for the reply man. I'm sorry this has been so stressful for you. As angry as I sounded like I said it just felt bad to feel like you're ignored but I feel heard now. I hope other mobile players see this and feel heard as well. This has certainly went a long way in restoring my belief that we'll get an update.

Again honestly thanks for the update. I hope things go more smoothly in the future. :)

It's alright, I get where you're coming from. And I appreciate your response, thanks for being understanding about this

It's his game. If it's not his fault then who? We haven't even gotten an update on the progress of the port since Dec of last year. It's now the middle of March. At this point the update had been out a year. It's clear his priorities are elsewhere since he's obviously working on another game. It just sucks to feel forgotten about. Why start on a new game when your last game isn't finished?

You're right, it is my game and I ultimately take full responsibility for the delay. I hate to make excuses but there were many things outside of my control that lead to this. I have not forgotten about the mobile update, in fact I think about it every day and it causes me a huge amount of grief. I want the update to come out more than anyone. It would be a huge relief to me if the update was ready and was released. I have been working on the new game because I don't have the skills or knowledge to be able to do a mobile port. I've never done any of the ports for stardew valley, I'm not a porting guy, I don't have any experience with that. So I've always relied on other people to do that. If I could throw more money at the problem to make it go faster, I would. Programming doesn't always work like that, especially with a game as nebulously coded as Stardew Valley, which only a few people on the planet have any familiarity with. I've said repeatedly that I would let everyone know if...

Hey everyone, 1.5.6 is out now.

It’s a small patch that fixes a few bugs, adds a “quality of life” feature for multi-monitor users, and addresses a few gameplay inconsistencies that have been around for a long time (i.e. the hoe dirt under mature forage crops de-spawning, and indoor grass dying in winter)

– On multi-monitor setups, the game now remembers and restores on the last used monitor.
– Potential fix for a random crash that could occur at the end of the night.
– Fixed a bug that prevented the various farm types’ wallpapers and floorings from applying when starting a new game.
– Fixed a bug where pressing ESC to dismiss the level up screen would dismiss the menu without applying the level up, causing it to reappear every night.
– Hoed dirt no longer decays under forage items on the farm. This ensures that dirt under freshly grown seasonal forage seeds can no longer disappear randomly.
– Grass placed indoors no longer dies when seasons c...
