Whats up Holotable Heroes,

Today around 12:15 PT we will be deploying a hotfix for Master's Training Feat in Conquest.

The Fix will change the Feat required to 1, so for those of you who were reset, you will need to go in and complete the feat 1 time.

Once complete, do another battle after that and you will be rewarded.

• Kyle Katarn has been added to the list of Accelerated Characters.
• Dash Rendar has been added to the list of Accelerated Characters.
• Boushh (Leia Organa)'s shards are now farmable from Dark Side 2-C (Hard). They replace Obi-Wan Kenobi (Old Ben) character shards, which can still be farmed from Cantina Battles 1-C.
• 0-0-0 is now available in Chromium Packs and Shipments.

The team is aware of some players being unable to connect to the game or it being extremely laggy.

The issue seems to have corrected itself, the team is going to continue investigating the issue to find what may have caused it.

Hello Holotable Heroes!

As you may have noticed we have deployed a few updates recently with the hopes of us having found the reason behind the freezing folks have been running into lately.

While this is still in the early stages of the fix, we are monitoring it and seeing if that helped.

Come Monday, i'll probably post another poll to see where people stand, but here's to hoping this was the big freeze fix!

Hello Holotable Heroes,

We have been working hard to address the increase in game freezes since the most recent Title Update. This issue has been difficult to diagnose, and we are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
After analyzing player feedback, recorded video, and screenshots, we are seeing some common trends when this freeze occurs.

• UI and 3D models are completely frozen. This includes the loading spinner being frozen.
• All tap inputs are no longer registering.
• Audio still plays despite all UI and models being frozen.
• Backgrounding/foregrounding the app does not seem to change anything.

Normally, we have crash reporting logs and telemetry data to help diagnose issues like this, but due to the nature of this issue - these methods are proving insufficient in helping us pinpoint the cause.
