Happy to announce that Game Update 7.2.1 will be launching on March 28th! We will be taking down the servers at 7am CT/12pm UTC with an expected downtime of 5 hours. Patch notes will be posted on March 27th here: https://www.swtor.com/patchnotes

We did want to point out that this game update contains the 64-bit client, so please expect a larger download than normal. Players should expect a 35g download for 7.2.1.

Not yet, but soon! As in the coming weeks. We're solidifying some of the finer details first before announcing the actual date. We'll be making a post on the forums once we're ready to do so.

Thanks for the report regarding the [HEROIC 2+] Possessed Hunter Mission bug. Our team is aware of this bug and is currently looking into it. 

I'll add it to the known issues list for visibility: 

• Completing the [HEROIC 2+] Possessed Hunter Mission is not completing the Dromund Kaas: Heroic Missions Conquest Objective.

First off, appreciate the concern for my well being.  There were some hardships that happened in the personal life, but things are calming down and getting better. Wanted to confirm with all of you what will be coming with the next season of PvP. Though I’ll save the reveal of the rewards for a future blog post. Shabir covered a lot of what was happening with the Medals when PTS went live on February 9th. Slight adjustment have been made since then, so we wanted to establish what players will be experiencing beginning PvP Season 2: 

• Defender points per tick have been increased to 700 points per tick (up from 500 points per tick).
• Turret Control Zones have been increased.
• When within the control zones of a turret controlled by the player’s team, they will receive 500 defender points when defeating a player. 
• When within the control zones of a turret controlled by the opposing team, players will receive 500 attacker points for every player they defeat.

Added the following bug: 

• NEW - Reaching the Legend Rank with the Gambling Authority and Management doesn't trigger the Authority on the Subject Achievement for all players.
  • Players who reach this rank before the end of the season, but didn't unlock the achievement need to contact our Support Team with the server where they reach the rank and when they reach it.
