[2021] Multiple trophys not popping

Hello @boer24 thank you for letting us know these trophies have not been unlocked for you on PS4.

It may be that the unlock conditions have yet to synchronize with our server, as a workaround we would advise some basic connectivity troubleshooting on your platform, and afterwards, try to complete one of the requirements of the trophy again, a second time if able >

Whilst we are unable to unlock trophies on other platforms for players, I will make a report into this and attach your save file, so that our QA Division team will be aware of this, and we will keep checking for any other reports of these trophies not unlocking.

Are you able to provide proof in the form of screenshots, that show you have definitely met the requirements for each trophy and link us to an image?

Further to my last message @boer24 can you let me know if your character used the boost mechanic to get to a higher level, quicker?

We will continue to pass your comments on, but please be aware that this doesn't not guarantee any of these suggestions will make it to the live game.

We are not the game's development team, rather we are Player Support specialists.

We can and do pass player's feedback and comments onto the team, but from that point on it's up to the team's discretion if any of these suggestions are implemented and we cannot provide any confirmations or timeframes as to if / when this will be the case with anyone's specific feedback.

Likewise as upcoming Netflix movie based on The Division games is not relating to the game's development themselves, we have no information on these so please watch the game's official channels for news on this. I can see it's currently slated for a 2022 release, so hopefully more information will be made public in the New Year.

Hey @boer24! Sorry to hear you're still experiencing problems with achievements. I don't have any updates for now, but could you please provide a screenshot showing your character in the character selection screen in order to investigate further? Thanks!

Thanks for the update with the picture !
I can see your character was boosted to level 30. We did hear from the dev team that confirmed that some achievements can't be unlocked by boosted characters, and it's the case for the four trophies that are still locked for you here.

Hello @boer24 thanks for the reply, I am afraid as your menu shows you owning the Level 30 boost and also as having a 'boosted character' on the character selection screen, we are unable to report this as a bug.

Please note, that Ubisoft do not actually have the ability to unlock any PlayStation Trophies or Xbox Achievements regardless and I do not believe Sony or Microsoft support assist with trophy unlocks either.

The only thing we can advise you to do at this point if you still wish to unlock these PSN trophies, is to restart the main campaign again, with a new character without any Boost activated.
