Remember to check your apparel inventory and also that the Resident Evil Apparel Event is available to all Warlords of New York owners who have completed the campaign.

It will be available after we complete today's maintenance, which is currently scheduled to run to 12:30 CET.

Sorry to hear you're running in to this issue! Often times this can be sorted out with restarting the game or platform. If you're still unable to purchase credits, I would recommend reaching out to your regions Support Team for further assistance.

Our current focus lies in the imminent release of Title Update 12.1 on February 2nd which brings our latest Apparel Event Resident Evil to the game, the next gen console improvements bringing 4K 60 FPS to Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5, as well as a reduction to the Optimization Station cost based on community feedback.

We know that many of you have questions what lies beyond Title Update 12.1 and we hear you and understand that you are hungry for news. While we have no concrete news to share today, as soon as we do we will let you all know.

Thanks for the heads up! It seems the Support team has reported this, and is currently being looked in to. Sorry for the confusion!

I have not checked in a while, but from what I have heard finding a Survival game should still be possible, however it can sometimes take longer depending on the day/time. There is also the Discord if you want to try and get some other agents together!

Ah, my apologies! As of now I am not aware of any plans for a Division 1 upgrade for next gen. Naturally if this were to change we would make a post on the Division Twitter page and website. :)

4k 60FPS for next gen consoles will be coming with TU12.1, which is slated for Feb. 2nd.

As many have said, the only way to trade gear is by being in the same group as the loot is dropped. You can always try the Discord channel to find other agents to grind for Exotics and trade amongst yourselves!

After so many hours I didn't even know about this little detail! It's amazing there are little details like these, as well as players finding them!
