Sorry to hear about your experience. Our team is trying to reach every player back as soon as it's possible. Apologies for the delay.

I just checked your case and based on your diagnostic files provided, your GPU drivers are outdated by 6 months, I'm afraid and that's why this information has been provided by our Support. The latest version from nVidia driver has been released this month, where your drivers are from January 2020. Updating the driver is one of the troubleshooting steps, as in most cases it helps to resolve the software conflict.

Thanks for the update! The Gold edition gives access to all 3 DLC's in year 1 for free with early access. Warlords of New York is a new expansion (not DLC) introduced after the content from Year 1 Gold edition came out, which has not been included in Gold Edition and has not been announced there as well.

Thanks for reaching out! Gold edition gives you early acces to year 1 episoes 1 week earlier and additional missions (classified assignments).

The expansion Warlords of New York is not part of Gold edition and that's why it's not included. I hope it clarifies the situation and if you have any additional questions, please let us know.
