Hey there, there is no cutscene at the end of the Summit but you should be able to go outside to fire a flare to call for extraction. Were you able to do this?
I didnt know decoy hide your nameplate.
Btw you should write this and how to reproduce it on the forums if you didnt do already.

I eventually joined a MM (after several other groups) where the session owner didn�t complete the time trail yet and it showed up for me.
So the issue resolved itself for me.
