Hey everyone, if you're not getting keys for gained SHD levels with this apparel event even after relogging into the game, please reply with your platform, username, SHD level (a general estimate is fine), and whether or not you own the Season 3 Pass.
To follow up on this... want to let you all know that we'll be conducting a maintenance tomorrow (October 8th) at 10:00 CEST, 04:00 AM EDT, 01:00 AM PDT to address the problem with keys not being earned properly.

u/SSG75, u/tjtoed, and u/D4sthian, what platforms are each of you playing on where you're not getting the keys from leveling up? If you could share your usernames as well, that would be super helpful.

I've had this happen a few times myself, often on load in and had to quit the game from the xbox menu and restart it to clear this up.
Hmmm I do see that this issue mostly happens to those on Xbox. Which Xbox is it that you are using?

Does it also look like this without being in photo-mode?
