It's the least I can do to help, oversight happens from time to time.
Oh yeah another weird bug that I have is LMG starting with 880 rounds (visual), It'll change to 899 after I reload. If i refill during that 880 state it'll try to refill but I'll get stuck in animation for 5s.

Well, I've found 2 so far, the first mentioned in 23rd St NW, Foggy Bottom.
The other one is on Pennsylvania Ave NW in Federal Triangle, next to Navy Plaza. If I found more I'll update.

Backpack Talent
This means that the talent no longer makes you lose less stacks when equipping the talent. It does not mean that you do not lose any stacks by wearing the backpack talent. The "no longer" refers to its behavior before the patch, as in "Before it did this, now it doesn't do that anymore."
The behavior of the talent has changed and it got a new addition to compensate for the change to the original behavior.

So if you have the Warlords of New York expansion then you already have access to Season 2 - it just hasn't started yet (begins on June 23rd).
The Season Pass issue has just allowed some to get some rewards before the Season starts next week. But when it begins you'll be able to get things like the Mantis through standard progression. Hope this helps.
Chest and backpack ARE dropping. A couple of my friends have got both to drop.
I've seen some players talk about getting them as part of the Season rewards, but if they're getting the item as a drop from enemies that would not be ...
