Bonjour a chaque fois que je joue a r6 je peux jouer un petit peu et d’un coup mon écran freeze et me déco de r6 et alors sur mon écran est affiché ( oh non ca a planté) pour message d’erreur. Si quelqu’un saurait m’aider svp

I'm sorry to hear that you're running into some issues with crashing, Slurpebabb. I recommend reaching out to Ubisoft Support[support.ubi.com] as they will have the tools to be able to directly investigate this problem and figure out what's happening.

Do you hear sound in the background when this occurs or does it go black and then crash?

What are you current system specifications, and do they match the requirements seen here?

Did you get an error message when that occurred?

We'd certainly advise verifying the game files if you haven't already, which will check for missing or corrupt files and replace them. You can do this by clicking on the menu under the game icon in Uplay.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK3/pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox/CK3/logs/ folder, attach system.log , error.log

What antivirus app do you use?
Add CK3.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.

You may also need to add steam.exe and C:/users//AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2.2020.12/paradox launcher.exe to that list.

Hey there, I'm deeply sorry that your game crashed which then incurred the penalty and loss of ELO! Does your game crash often? Did you receive any error messages after it crashed?

Try verifying your game files. There could be a file that got corrupted after your most recent update. Click the down arrow next to Siege > Verify files. That should do the trick.
