Thanks for contacting us about this. I'll try to help figure out what's going on. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, was it just these 2 instances or do you disconnect more frequently?
Thanks for the details. Can you switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?
That's probably the issue then. Wireless is unreliable and prone to disconnects/lag. Especially when the signal has to travel through walls and/or floors. This gets worse when there are other devices sharing the same connection. It's worse still when anyone is streaming media while you're playing. Until you get wired, or at a minimum, closer to the router, this will continue to happen. You can try changing the wireless channel you're using. That may help. Also, you could try opening the ports for Apex. They are listed here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/.
You also may want to try researching powerline adaptors. Those have been a really good solution for many that are too far from the router for a wired connection.

As for the temporary ban you received, please note that they are administered by an automated system with the aim of improving player experience and as such, we are unable to lift them.

We're seeing many of you trying to login at the same time (because hell yeah, new Season). But yes, this is putting some strain on the servers at the moment.
I can confirm we have players online and playing, so it's just the login queues that are seeing issues.
