I don't have access to what I bought . How can I solve this ?

It appears that there are a number of players who are experiencing this and therefore it has been forwarded to our game team for further investigation.

For the time being, can I ask you to visit our support website and submit a ticket by providing the proof of purchase for your Year Club membership. Once that is done, let us know and we will have a look!

Thank you for getting on contact, if you wish to upgrade from Standard Access to Club Access, you would need to purchase the Club Access of the game.

If you choose to do this we can convert the remainder of your Standard Access to extend the duration of your Club Access at a rate of 3 days of Standard Access to 1 day of Club Access.

To do this, please feel free to contact us with an image of the proof of purchase of the Standard Access, and I will get this updated for you.

The fastest way to do this would be through our "Live Chat" service when this is available, but you can also contact us via our social media accounts on Twitter or Facebook.

If you are still unable to access this, please contact us directly with an image showing the proof of purchase for this access along with an image in game showing this has not been applied to your account.

If you can tell us your Ubisoft username - paul98paul so that we can link your account, please let us know that you are having issues accessing your Club Access in Trackmania.

Support will then ask you to provide a screenshot of your proof of purchase of Club Access, if you are able to give us your order number this will be a great help also.

Club features will only be accessible while connected to the internet, can you please confirm if you have a connection?

Which features in particular are you trying to access, and what error are you facing?
